MIMS Day Care gives children aged 2½ to 12 a safe, warm, and enriching place to spend the day — held to exactly the same standard as our school. So while you're at work, your child is exactly where they should be: cared for, occupied, and genuinely happy.
MIMS (Maria International Montessori School) is an authentic international Montessori school and premium day care in Borupana, Ratmalana, Sri Lanka, for children aged 2½–12.

A calm place to get homework done
For school-age children, the after-school hours are looked after too. We provide a quiet, supervised space and gentle support so homework is finished thoughtfully — not rushed at bedtime. Children arrive home settled and ready to enjoy their evening, and so do you.

When the school day ends but the working day hasn't, MIMS is here. Children are collected into a warm, familiar environment for play, homework, a snack, and rest — a calm bridge between school and home.

School holidays needn't be a scramble. Our holiday programmes give children fun, enriching, well-supervised days when school is out — so working families have one less thing to worry about, and children have something to look forward to.

What ages do you care for?
Children from 2½ up to 12 years. That means we can care for a younger child and an older sibling together, with everything each of them needs at their age.
What are your hours, and are they flexible?
We offer all-day care with options to suit working families. For current timings, flexible arrangements, and fees, please get in touch — we'll happily talk you through what works best for your family.
Do you provide meals?
Yes — wholesome, balanced meals and snacks, served calmly and unhurried. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary needs, and we'll take great care of them.
